The Book

I may upload a failed colored version of this at some point... eventually... maybe... dunno!

Anywho It's more of a concept sketch for my proposed novel/web comic "HighTower"

The "main" characters live in the forest and though Hei was originally going to have a wooden tree house I figured it might be interesting to add a touch of "the old world" beside the book he finds.
Aside from what's already in the woods Books and other things from the outside are pretty much frowned upon, despite the fact that there is only one of their kind who can read the "ancient texts". Hei is overly enthusiastic about books, especially ones with pictures. He wants to learn to read them so he can know about the past (and what his club house once was) and how the world became split as it is. Bram on the other hands is only really excited about anything that doesn't have to do with changing nappies and chasing small children around.

I'm using the chars abreviated names cause I'm lazy and still figuring out the proper spelling for Hei's full name
